The 2013 Cupcake Challenge was a blast! Thank you to all of the bakers for the yummy candy-inspired treats. The crowd was cheerful, Sandra’s demo was fun and informative, and the atmosphere was charged with sugar-fueled fun.

About the NCACS Cake Show
This event is part of the National Capital Area Cake Show which will be held on April 6th and 7th (2013) at Fairfax High School. Never attended the festival of sugar that is NCACS? Curious about what a cake show is? Ready to go, but need directions?

Proceeds from the event will benefit Icing Smiles, Inc., a non profit organization that provides custom celebration cakes and other treats to families impacted by critical illness of a child. These cakes provide a temporary escape from worry and create a positive memory during a difficult time.
